New and Early Stage Investigator

Dr. Jo is an Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Jo is a bilingual bicultural Korean who has been the Community Medical Director for AANCART Los Angeles since 2005.  She is a Family Physician and Preventive Medicine specialist with extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.  Since 2001, she has conducted community-based research with Koreans on breast cancer screening, hepatitis B screening, and CRC screening.
